GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Center for Tumors of the Nervous System (CTNS) Senior Project Manager serves as a resource for all faculty affairs related matters with the Center. Using a high degree of initiative and independent judgement, the incumbent will collaborate closely with physician and departmental leadership to continually assess and direct a wide range of activities and projects. Responsibilities include management of projects, oversight of neuro-oncology meetings, tumor boards, faculty affairs, and meeting oversight and coordination. This position provides collaborative project management with administrative and clinical leadership across multidisciplinary specialties, across Academic Medical Centers and network sites to develop and ensure new processes and workflows are created, implemented, and followed and project manages various operational initiatives. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for the production and analysis of operational, managerial, and executive level presentations and reports. Requires discretion and judgement to organize priorities, complete tasks, and handle confidential information. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions * Serves as primary project manager for Center for Tumors of the Nervous System
* Serves as primary project manager for the Executive Director for CTNS and Executive Director for the Department of Neurosurgery.

WORKING CONDITIONS: The incumbent will work in a hybrid environment. Predominately Monday to Friday. May be required to attend meetings outside of regularly scheduled hours. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position will be responsible for administrative staff supporting clinicians in the center, as well as co-ops hired part-time. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Person is responsible for efficient use of resources as time. Management of cost centers and budget will be included once CI cost centers set up. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: * 3-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare administration, preferred * Bachelor's Degree required, master's degree in business, Health Policy, or related field preferred. * Experience and knowledge of EPIC, including reporting, preferred. * Project management experience, required.
