Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a highly skilled Project Integrator proficient in project management and financial analysis. We are looking for candidates who are creative, self-driven, curious, people-oriented and comfortable defining a path through ambiguity towards high-level goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for details, and the ability to execute our Sponsor's mission. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with developing and monitoring sponsors strategic, program and project plans.
  • Assist in coordinating, planning and execution of program management activities (technical governance boards, program and review boards, etc.).
  • Provide technical editing and writing assistance to document technical aspects and compile impact highlights.
  • Collect information, generate and update schedules, capture minutes, and draft responses including documenting and tracking action items.
  • Support meeting coordination, organization, and scheduling.
  • Organize and assist with office drills, filings, correspondence, tracking systems, and office requests.
  • Coordinate program level tasking with each program office. Tasks include congressional responses, testimony reviews, and program data calls.
  • Manage administrative actions including space assignments, logistics, supplies, and corporate IT issue reporting.
  • Assist creating and maintaining files for department level meetings boards and panels.
  • Plan and coordinate non-standard executive level engagements (i.e., all hands, offsites, etc.).
  • Prepare, review, and disseminate materials include finalizing briefing packages, drafting e-memos, and coordinating meeting agendas.
  • Assist with monitoring, coordination, and development and the collection of data for travel cables.
  • Create, improve, and execute the administrative aspects of relevant Sponsor organizational workflows that reflect pre-coordination, review, and approval processes for portfolio associated programs to include, multiple control boards and working groups.
  • Work across divisions and branches to ensure appropriate content is available for decisionmakers at each board/review.
  • Collect necessary resource information and compare it with available historical data to develop or validate current and future component or group resource requirements.
  • Develop a working knowledge of relative performance measures.
  • Construct background documentation as directed on programmatic and resource analyses, discussions, thinking, and decisions.
  • Use Sponsor data management systems: Tableau, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, HIVE, and others.
  • Track and archive board-approved programmatic and financial requirements.
  • Develop, refine, and archive repository including official portfolio records, technical reports, requirement documents, technology transition agreements, memoranda, and other formal management records.
  • Capture best practices and lessons learned and connect users with the information available at the portfolio level.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience scheduling for multiple projects.
  • Ability to plan projects and manage materials or subcontractors.
  • Prior experience developing and managing a budget and project expenditures.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with vendors/customers/team members.
  • Knowledge of Sponsor's action tracker system and use of Microsoft products.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, sponsors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle (project updates, scope changes, challenges, date changes).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
