Required skills and abilities *Excellent communicator with ability to multitask and manage time effectively. *Strong data management and processing capabilities including familiarity with online survey platforms and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft excel), coding languages, and data transformations. *Basic knowledge and working proficiencies in data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. *Strong writing and oral presentation abilities, including experience with scholarly dissemination. *Knowledge of research ethics and ability to strictly adhere to ethical protocols. CITI-certified or eligible. *Ability to problem solve and work independently, in collaboration with and with the support of the investigative team. Preferred *Spanish language fluency. *Experience or interest in substantive areas of child maltreatment, trauma, and/or child welfare systems. *Experience with geocoding, working with spatial and surveillance data, and using R and ArcGIS or QGIS. Experience with Redcap or similar research workflow system. *Cultural competence and sensitivity in working with low income and/or marginalized/vulnerable populations.
