Education Details: BS or Equivalent Job Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite) Job Summary Job Title : Engineering Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our diverse team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and IBM Sterling with a background in Finance & Accounting being a plus. Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities. Be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business goals. Provide technical expertise in Java and IBM Sterling to support project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless integration of solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize business strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Support the finance and accounting teams with domain-specific insights. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery. Handle project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
