You are: An expert strategic advisor who has grown successfully within a software company or consultancy firm and has deep healthcare industry knowledge leading clients through complex initiatives to digitally transform their business. You understand critical issues facing healthcare payers today, and can translate those issues to future actions You are the glue of client relationships, a trusted client advocate who helps unleash the power of Cognizant to our clients by bringing them data-driven insights, new ideas, industry expertise, and end-to-end solutions from across our ecosystem. You are commercially inclined and drive financial performance for your accounts with sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction. You can carry a room, establishing credibility and guiding buyers and influencers through an engaging dialogue. Decision-makers find you compelling and logical in connecting their strategic imperatives to Cognizant's digitally enabled capabilities. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation, and you are ready to partner at client sites to cultivate relationships. The work: As a Client Partner, use your track record of success to contribute toward commercial growth and rapid business expansion for your assigned accounts. Own the end-to-end account activities including the overall account P&L and managing senior client relationships. Throughout your tenure you have acquired a deep understanding of the latest innovations with technology tools, techniques, systems and solutions that matter most in healthcare payer. You are able to communicate effectively and manage relationships with both Business and IT executives and Innovation leaders.

Required qualifications and experience:
Preferred Qualifications * MS or MBA degree preferred * Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments. * Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications * Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments and technical and non-technical audiences.

The annual base salary for this position is between $ 154,500.00 - $ 178,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
