We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. The Finance intern will work closely with the Forecasting, Planning and Analysis, Program Finance, and Accounting teams throughout the summer. The internship will focus on a wide variety of finance related tasks. This position will include a mix of job shadowing all functions within Finance, along with independent projects and tasks. Below are some of the functions this position will learn and participate in:
Engage with FP&A team throughout all aspects of reporting, from forecasting and planning, to gap performance analysis (Sales, Cash, Orders, etc). Shadow analysts in the completion of monthly Program EACs from start to finish. Assist in completion of Account Reconciliations and journal entry preparation as requested. Engage with members of Accounting and Program Finance throughout Month End close to gain a basic understanding. Contribute to Month End reporting requirements as needed. Assist in special projects as they are identified. Current sophomore or Junior in college with a focus in Business, Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.0 GPA Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate Excel skills Team player; strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, address issues, and work towards meeting competing deadlines Ability to work with all levels of management Analytical, and detail oriented; must be flexible and able to work with diverse groups RENK America is an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V | |
