TSC is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support the Naval Research Laboratory program based in Washington DC. This position would be performed on a remote basis. The Procurement Specialist II is a self-starter with a proven track record in sourcing and procurement. An experienced negotiator, you will secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers and comply with best practice procurement standards, FAR/DFARS regulations, and TSC policies and procedures. As an advocate of continuous improvement, you will execute the job responsibilities with a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will operate, with limited supervision, in a cross-functional environment, and will directly interface with the program office, engineering, contracts, pricing, quality, material management, and other parts of the organization.
