Strategic alliance Project Manager Job Description
: Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and budgets. Organizing, attending, and participating in weekly and periodic Strategic Alliance and Immunolead meetings to discuss overall testing timelines, prioritization, and strategic planning that impact project and budget timelines. Documenting and tracking timeline updates and preparing necessary templates for routine RDPM and budget updates. Key RDPM liaison between Function Planner and Immunoleads. Maintain a SharePoint site as the main document repository for project templates, tools, charts, etc. Provide contract management, budget forecasting, and admin support functions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, review KPI with Late Stage Immunology leadership and clearly communicate and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
Experience:
* Bachelor's in Life Science with 3 years' experience, Masters' in Life Science with 1 years' experience, preferably in pharma R&D
* Understanding of GXP practices and procedures required
* Laboratory management and/or operations experience preferred
Technical skills:
* Proficient verbal and written communication, organizational and team management skills
* Proven ability to implement new procedures/processes
* Project management and computer skills required, PMP preferred
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
