About the Team

In the Site Merchandising Coordinator role, you will work closely with a very passionate and collaborative Ecommerce team. The Site Merchandising Coordinator will provide support for the Site Merchants in specific categories. We strive for operational excellence, leveraging data and customer insights to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

About the Role

You will be responsible for data integrity in executing the online merchandising strategy. You will also input, proof, and analyze data for all areas of DTC product set up. As the Site Merchandising Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment while working with a highly collaborative team.

Responsibilities



  • Build seasonal product roadmaps to ensure accurate product setup
  • Maintain seasonal deliverables and coordinate cross-functional inputs
  • Perform daily/weekly site testing to ensure correct presentation and product data integrity
  • Work with key cross-functional partners on seasonal deliverables
  • Partner with eCom team to implement site and product optimizations



Criteria



  • BA/BS preferred
  • Previous experience in Merchandising preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, often-changing environment
  • Advanced Excel skills; VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and Adobe knowledge
  • Data management, product information management, and/or retail analysis experience preferred
  • Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Strong affinity for the Pottery Barn product and brand
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $28.00 an hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
