We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Central Processing Corp., located in Astatula, FL. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in providing HR support to multiple plants with a large employee count within the region. This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrate strong floor presence, and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. The HRBP will collaborate closely with plant management teams to drive HR initiatives that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. Job Duties
- Partner with all HR team to align work efforts towards established goals. Will give feedback to all stakeholders on plants that the HRBP covers. Fosters strong communication both with operations and within the HR Team. Works collaboratively in planning, issue resolution, and communications.
- Strong decision-making capabilities. Use provided training, experience, and resources to make informed decisions that support our HR strategies.
- Partner with plant managers to deliver HR support tailored to the unique needs of each location, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, building relationships with employees and managers to proactively address HR needs and concerns.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for the plants, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive manufacturing market.
- Provide guidance and coaching to plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment and support a culture of continuous improvement. Fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values employee contributions and promotes job satisfaction.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop strategies to address workforce challenges effectively. Works with our HRIS team to use metrics to drive decisions and conversations at the plants the HRBP covers.
- Stay current on industry best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Will Identify and mitigate potential risks related to workforce management, such as labor shortages or skill gaps.
- Facilitate training sessions for plant employees and managers on HR-related topics as needed.
- Embrace change and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of collaboration within the plants. Is willing to give and receive feedback on issues.

Experience and Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a multi-location environment is a plus
- Ability to travel regionally as required up to 30%. Travel may periodically be heavy up to 80%. Locations assigned will dictate the percent of travel necessary.

- Clean driving record and valid driver's license for site visits and travel.
