The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager position is responsible for leading HR strategy for Dover Precision Component's (DPC) Engineered Bearings (EB) business unit. As a key member of the HR Leadership team, this role will work closely with VP of Engineered Bearings and their global leadership team, to support execution of both business unit and company strategy. *This is a hybrid working role, inc. 3 days per week working at our main manufacturing facility in Pearland, TX 77047.
