Sales Data Support Specialist

The Sales Data Support Specialist will maintain the integrity of customer, product and related databases in the ERP systems, and will provide administrative support in data preparation and reporting. This is a hybrid position in Utica, NY.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with Customer Service & Credit/Collections teams to update/add customer accounts in the ERP systems upon completion of full approval process (Domestic & OUS accounts).
• Manage Customer attributes to support Corporate Master Data Management guidance.
• Manage Customer Memberships & affiliations to support Corporate reporting functions.
• Support & maintain sales rep information, territory alignment data in ERP systems, car allowance software & sales reporting tools for multiple sales forces.
• Support & maintain product data, category tables & cross references in conjunction with IT personnel.
• Communicate with 3rd party freight companies using multiple software programs and maintain shipping information internally on customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support in the areas of data preparation, report distribution, support of EDI order information, etc.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
• Related professional work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, etc. Specifically, strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with SQL
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail and accuracy.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00/hour to $26.00/hr. The hourly pay rate is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
