Health Records Specialist II
Overview Now hiring a Health Records Specialist II Primarily responsible for providing timely, accurate, and accessible electronic clinical patient information by scanning and indexing documents while performing qualitative and quantitative analysis audits of already scanned documents to assure correct document and patient labels were provided. Finds, researches, and answers questions about records and files from authorized users. Demonstrates effective problem identification, problem solving, and priority setting skills. Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting, communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Upholds patient confidentiality while serving and protecting the PHS/PMG community by adhering to professional standards and all hospital and department policies. How you belong matters here.
