About the job

We're looking for a Project Manager - Talent Acquisition systems to join our global team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead the implementation of a key Talent Acquisition project; implementation of a new ATS/CRM. This is a remote opportunity.

Please note this role is a temporary contract for approximately 8 months.

What you will do

Create Meaning:

* Lead and manage a project delivery team with clear purpose and goals.

* Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating regularly about plans, risks, blockers, turning points, and opportunities.

Deliver What Matters:

* Manage and deliver TA/HR technology projects within a complex, matrixed global organization.

* Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing goals.

* Monitor project budget, resources, and schedule effectively.

* Establish and govern the project plan, including risks and opportunities.

* Provide project status updates in accordance with the governance framework.

What You'll Have

* Proven experience managing complex ATS/CRM projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations. Successful implementation of AI-driven technology such as EightfoldAI, Phenom, Hiretual, Beamery, etc highly preferred.

* Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.

* Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

* Well-developed global leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.

* Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.

* Knowledge of ERP, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.

* Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.

Additional Information:



  • This role is in California.
  • Salary Range: $130,000 - $191,000
  • Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
