Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time Human Resource Support Specialist working at our Central Avenue location in Phoenix, AZ. Reporting to the Manager of Recruiting and HR Operations, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate and professional. The Human Resources Support Specialist position aids all Terros Health employees. This role provides administrative support to HR Post Employment Team functions as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. HRSS position requires an outgoing, detail oriented and customer service focused individual. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and collaborate is essential. This position must work effectively and relate well with others including employees, managers, leadership team and customers of Terros Health. This position reports to the Manager of Recruiting and HR Operations Duties Includes: * Coordinate initial new hire onboarding, including the completion of new hire paperwork, follow up with candidates, and assistance with New Employee Orientation (NEO) Benefits & Wellness
Qualifications
* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Preferred College Credits or AA in Liberal Arts/HR |
