Job Title: Data Analysts Location: Chicago, IL Job Description: Data Analysts for Chicago, IL location. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences to support decision-making. Perform statistical analysis including computing descriptive statistics, data visualizations, correlation, and cross-tabulations, manage CRM campaign emails, and assist with ad-hoc data requests and projects. Develop data reports by collecting data from different data sources and combining them into a Dashboard to give viewers a graphical and tabular visualization. Automate applications and systems. Tools: Oracle, SQL Server Databases; querying data warehouse; Tableau; statistical analysis; computing descriptive statistics; Peoplesoft (student administration, academic advising modules, PS tools), Peoplesoft reporting tools; Python; VB script; Excel; Slate. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in IT data development/software programming required. Skills Required: Experience in higher education environment with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres Databases; querying data warehouse & creating reports; Tableau to create dashboards; performing statistical analysis, computing descriptive statistics, and creating data visualizations; automation programming using Python, VB script; programming & scripting with Excel (dynamic & pivot tables); Slate; Peoplesoft (student administration, academic advising modules, PS tools), Peoplesoft reporting tools.
