Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Cook C for the department of Dining Services.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Under guidance assists in the overall cooking operations of a unit.
- Assists in guiding and instructing cooks helpers, grill attendant, and Dining Service Worker B in the performance of a variety of food items following standardized procedures and schedule.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Requires a high school/vocational school education or equivalent plus one year varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting.

Certifications/Licenses |

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Must be able to read and follow standardized recipes and production work sheets.
- Must pass Food Handler's Certification.
