Job Description:

The client team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content and make it easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want. We have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.

The general project manager of a campaign, whose responsibilities include overall health of 360 campaigns including timeline management and oversight of the asset development budget. Alongside the Brand Manager, the plans the overall campaign cadence and owns the creative strategy, adapting global marketing assets to meet local market needs.

The overall campaign timeline, working collaboratively with the Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, Media Managers and agencies to track milestones and ensure delivery per campaign objectives. oversee adaptation of global AV, digital and static creative assets for the local market. They are the main point of contact with external partners and agencies to ensure deadlines are met. are responsible for seeing around corners, identifying campaign risks, strong and frequent communications to partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timelines and owners, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed, ultimately providing the structure, discipline and momentum to deliver campaigns on target.

Key job responsibilities:


  • Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, asset management.
  • Create schedules, assessing resources, estimate time, track project completion requirements.
  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems.
  • Communicate to stakeholders with progress updates, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.
  • Work closely with creative agency to adapt assets for the local market.
