Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Under the direction of a manager, a supervisor is accountable for ensuring that assigned production areas meet daily, weekly and monthly safety, quality and delivery goals. A Supervisor supervises the performance and training of all employees in the work area and addresses individual performance issues, as needed. A Supervisor is responsible for ensuring employee adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Supervisors must proactively communicate with all members of the management team to ensure a timely, accurate flow of information about the performance of areas and employees under their direct supervision. A Supervisor is the primary management point of contact and resource for production operators. This position supports our Innerlayer, Image, Outerlayer and Develop areas Monday-Friday on 2nd shift (3-11:30 PM). This position is located at 8192 Southpark Lane, Littleton, CO. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, and basic knowledge of MRP and HRIS systems Ability to teach and train others as required in the organization. Working knowledge and application of SPC and ISO standards. Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Education: Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience: Required: Demonstrated people leadership experience. Preferred: 3 or more years of relevant experience. Printed circuit board experience desirable. #LI-KD1 Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $58,089 - $96,815Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
