Lumos is looking for a full-time OSP Construction Project Engineer! If you are an OSP Construction Project Engineer who's excited for a fast-paced experience, ready to help us grow, and ready to recommend process changes that ensure we're harnessing our technology to the best of our ability while broadening our scope managing the construction and installation of an Outside Plant (OSP) network (poles, aerial, buried, and underground fiber facilities) within a specified market area. The OSP Construction Project Engineer has direct accountability for overseeing line-crews, splicers, and contract crews all simultaneously while ensuring all OSP construction projects get completed in a safe and timely fashion within CAPEX budget parameters across multiple projects.
