In this role, you will report to the Supervisor US Clinical Operations and will work closely with the Avantor's Clinical Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
What we're looking for:
Education:High school graduate (or equivalent).
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri either 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm
Payrate: $21.53/hr
Qualifications:
- Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
- Capable of producing quality work.
- Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office and database software.
- General knowledge of rules of effective business English usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

In this role you will:
- Sort and inventory of research material, which may include, but is not limited to: paper records and documentation, wet tissues, blocks, slides, and/or temperature sensitive material.
- Create digital versions of paper documents using commercial scanning hardware and software.
- Keep the Biorepository Team Lead informed of day-to-day progress, including irregularities and deviations from the normal.
- Knowledgeable of Standard Operating Procedures and equipment of the Archives.
- Perform actual archiving procedures necessary for the completion of assigned projects.
- Available for offsite projects / travel.
- Performance of other duties as assigned by the Biorepository Team Lead or appropriate supervisory personnel.
- Understand the significance of Quality Control procedures and perform his/her work accordingly
