Overview The Admin II is key in the efficient and effective operation of Family and Volunteer Services (FVS) Department. This position is the first point of contact for volunteers, community members, and staff from other areas of NCH. Workload includes both collaborative and shared tasks as well as independently driven tasks. Work environment requires the ability to work with interruptions from volunteers, staff, and phones, as well as often being solo in the workspace. Provides unsurpassed customer service to both internal and external customers. Schedule: FT TEMPORARY, looking for 14 weeks (mid January to end of April); M-F 9:00am -5:30pm Location: Main Campus (700 Childrens Dr.) Why Nationwide Children's Hospital? Responsibilities * Manages, organizes and expedites communications (phone calls, voicemails, emails) from within NCH and the community regarding general volunteer program information, donation inquiries, patient care referrals, and inquiries about FVS and NCH services.
