Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner collaborates with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. They will be responsible for addressing associate relations matters, talent management, training and development, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership on associate relations matters, and act as their HR liaison.
- Collaborate on CDC strategy and execution with CDC Leadership Team.
- Provide guidance to associates and managers on interpretations of and adherence to company policies and programs.
- Lead associate development & succession planning initiatives.
- Implement, manage, and facilitate training programs.
- Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk.
- Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and developing necessary action plan.
- Assist in managing legal issues and employment matters.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate on development of facility change management needs.
- Be a point of contact for associates and HR liaison for managers company wide.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.

- Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data/HR metrics.
Minimum education requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Human Resources or Business Management preferred and 5+ years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, or willing to get certified within 2-years of employment.

Starting Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus incentives
