What You'll Do Coordinate Field Repairs: Schedule technicians to provide timely service Manage Communication: Keep customers and sales reps updated on repair status Organize Parts & Orders: Coordinate parts orders and component repairs Oversee Field Expenses: Track technician overtime and service costs Support Customers: Address concerns and resolve complaints promptly Handle Work Orders: Open, edit, and invoice work orders accurately What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years of dispatching experience in a service industry Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and computer skills Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Mechanical Aptitude Bilingual - Spanish Apply Now!
