Job Title: Production Operator Reporting To: Production Coach Work Schedule: Onsite - Blacksburg, VA Job Description To be considered for a Production Operator role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: HS diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all work instructions and training. Quality conscious, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity As a Production Operator, you will: Complete basic assembly operations using required manufacturing documentation. Correctly store, clean and maintain tools, equipment and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals. Perform electrical testing using automated test equipment. Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes. Complete paperwork required for each part, accurately & legibly. Perform minor rework per Standard Rework Procedures., Quality History Tag Instructions, or rework router. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
