The Point-of-Sale (POS) Planner is a key role responsible for developing and updating a demand plan for POS materials, incorporating input from Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance. You will be involved in analyzing data to produce reports and insights to optimize supply chain efficiency for POS items. Key tasks include demand and supply planning, inventory management, and procedure compliance. You should be adept at working in dynamic settings, skilled in multiple systems, and proficient in synthesizing data into actionable reports. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3 years of experience working in various roles related to Supply Chain, such as Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory management, and production management. Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative, and statistical analyses combined with multiple sources' qualitative inputs to draw conclusions and make recommendations. High caliber of professional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the Sales, Finance and Marketing teams. Self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Deep knowledge and experience in SAP ERP & APO DP/SNP. Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
