Odle Management - A subsidiary of Eckerd Connects Reports to the Social Development Director and is a salaried, exempt position. Responsible for the operation of assigned dormitory and for the supervision, counseling and guidance of students assigned dorm in compliance with government and management directives. Demonstrates on-going commitment to preparing young people for the workforce by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring excellence in the eight Career Success Standards of: workplace relations and ethics; information management; communications; multicultural awareness; personal growth and development; career and personal planning; interpersonal skills and independent living. Annual Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000 Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements: Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with disadvantaged youth. Ability to obtain and maintain CPA/First Aid/AED certification. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to read email daily and reply to messages in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. Knowledge of Education and Career Technical Training programs, and local social service and community assistance resources. Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment. In addition, an individual must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.
