Our Company The Opportunity Adobe seeks an experienced Director of Marketing Program Management to lead a critical function that drives marketing implementation throughout its entire business. This role reports to the Chief Brand Officer and is a key part of the Brand Marketing Leadership Team. They will have the opportunity to take ownership of strategic initiatives and focus on ensuring smooth execution. The goal of Marketing Program Management is to plan, implement, and optimize marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives. This Director will also encourage innovation and collaboration across the Global Marketing Organization (GMO) and our Business Units. The Director will coordinate a team of leaders who play a crucial role in managing campaigns, releases, and marketing content that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. This leadership role requires outstanding collaboration skills and a deep understanding of marketing and creative development. They will work closely with leaders in product marketing and other marketing functions to ensure successful planning, alignment, coordination, risk management, and communication for every marketing program. What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
