Job Description

Job Summary:

This individual will develop, direct, and analyze financial plans, programs and procedures. The successful individual will be responsible for proper documentation of financial standing for audit and regulatory purposes. Coordinates accounts and payroll functions. Makes company plans and recommendations based on financial data. Makes recommendations for cost and sale. Conducts financial and economic analyses to forecast and evaluate financial plans. Collects data on revenues, expenses, costs, prices, investments, cash flow, profits, inflation, interest and exchange rates. Performs economic research and produces recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, future requirements, and operating forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Analyzes key performance indicators to identify underlying business issues and provide output to operational decision makers
  • Prepares financial analysis and modeling expertise to provide insights to budget owners and decision makers
  • Participates in special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools, and internal processes to enhance management decision process
  • Reviews budgetary trends and controls and prepares data for monthly operations review and various management presentations
  • Analyzes financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
  • Review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports in order to make recommendations to managers
  • Assemble spreadsheets, charts, reports to interpret financial data
  • Long range planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
  • Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and analysis packages
  • Corporate initiatives
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience in Aerospace/Defense industry or electronic manufacturing


Desired Qualifications:



  • Hyperion Planning, Essbase experience
  • Oracle, CostPoint experience


Worksite location option(s):



  • Onsite: Hudson, NH or West Caldwell, NJ
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite and WFH the remainder of the week (based on business needs)
  • Remote: 100%WFH is not an option for this role due to company culture/business needs
