Job Duties

Support and drive manufacturing/operations teams in addressing internal and customer issues through the application of core quality tools; focus on 8D and problem solving and directly support manufacturing and assembly operations to achieve internal goals related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Duties: drive/monitor root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for process and customer related issues; assist and direct immediate containment actions in response to customer complaints or internal issues; utilize data driven approach to help focus manufacturing team on critical to quality topics to achieve BU strategic goals; facilitate required customer certifications; lead small teams or groups to meet quality objectives; assist internal process audits and help facilitate corrective and preventive actions for findings; curation of customer complaint related data from database.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 year's experience in hydraulic manufacturing engineering.
  • Master's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering; in lieu of master's degree, bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering plus 2 year's experience in quality engineering.



Rate of Pay-$84,000-89,000

Work Conditions

Full time, 40 hours per week
