Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the hospital'srecruitment efforts and employment processes. Responsibilities * Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews, conducts phone screens and/or screening interviews. Coordinates travel arrangements for out of town candidates to including flights, hotels, and transportation. Qualifications Education: HS Diploma or equivalent. MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Squat/kneel Driving a motor vehicle (work required) Lifting/carrying up to 41 to 60 lbs. Pushing/Pulling from 61 to 100 lbs. Exposure to chemicals Bend/twist Climb stairs/ladder Reaching above shoulder Lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/Pulling from 41 to 60 lbs. Standing Walking Sitting Flexing/extending of neck Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning Repetitive hand/arm usage Computer skills Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. Pushing/Pulling from up to 25 lbs. Audible speech Hearing acuity Depth perception Color vision Peripheral vision Seeing- far/near Problem solving skills Decision making skills Interpreting data skills Extensive amount of time communicating by phone Requires focus and attention to detail while multi-tasking.
