Job Title: Senior 80/20 Finance SpecialistReporting To: Manager, Finance & AnalysisWork Schedule: Hybrid - Buffalo, NYThe Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Senior 80/20 Finance Specialist to accelerate our strategic initiatives around Customer Focus; People, Community and Planet; and Financial Strength. 80/20 is based on the Pareto Principle that roughly 80 percent of outcomes are the result of 20 percent of causes. In this role, you will assist finance leadership in collecting and analyzing financial data, helping to communicate key areas of growth and opportunity to the business. By partnering with the business to embed 80/20 in decision making, you will influence and drive improved performance across all Military Aircraft Group strategic initiatives. You will have high visibility with business leaders and will require the ability to communicate and influence across functions and many levels of the organization.
