DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Maintain and enter/extract data. Maintain recordkeeping and tracking systems. Research, gather information and organize data to prepare complex reports, presentations, summaries of various materials, as well as compose and edit a variety of correspondence. Oversee, review, and reconcile accountants, patient accounts or payroll reports, prepare HR related documents, calculate/record leave usage for departmental employees and respond to related inquires. Support preparation of complex plans, tracking systems, bids and/or proposals. Maintain accurate records of processes. Work closely with vendors, customers and/or internal or external constituencies. Schedule appointments and manage calendar. Oversee and/or order supplies and office equipment. Process and sign requisitions, vouchers, and related documents. Provide guidance, instruction, train, and assign/delegate work as appropriate. May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations ad outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A high school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. One (1) year of experience in a related field. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional license/certification requirements as determined by hiring department.
