Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3 PM, starting at $17.50/hr. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12 AM, starting at $18.50/hr. Responsibilities include diagnosing and testing malfunctioning units to identify required repairs, replacing and swapping parts/components, and resetting loose wires within units. The technician must follow customer SOPs for correct disassembly, assembly, and diagnosis, ensuring proper parts management to eliminate losses. Additionally, the role involves testing incoming and outgoing products (computers), accurately documenting results, running testing programs, and meeting company goals. Maintaining professional conduct and appearance is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel/database use Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt High computer competency (hardware/software familiarity, system theory knowledge) Ability to sit, stand, and walk for varying lengths of time Ability to use hand power tools At least six months of experience with electronic devices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
