Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will manage production parameters throughout the packaging process. This role requires attention to detail in maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance for each SKU. You'll need to understand how the equipment operates, know the required parameters for the products being manufactured, and make necessary adjustments to uphold product integrity, quality, and food safety. Your ultimate responsibility will be to ensure that products are packaged efficiently and consistently to meet production standards and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Handle work-in-progress (WIP) products Conduct in-process checks and use temperature probes Operate all packaging equipment and perform center-lining Carry out basic preventative maintenance and equipment change-overs Read and complete the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) and batch records Participate in various training programs, including corporate and job-specific training Clean packaging and kitchen equipment Handle chemical mixing and maintain line clearance Create maintenance and calibration work orders Perform safety inspections and daily/weekly tasks, such as mopping and refilling PPE Qualifications: Previous experience in food, pharmaceutical, gummy operations, or dietary supplement manufacturing preferred Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Employee Benefits:We appreciate your hard work and offer a range of benefits to show our gratitude!
