The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and innovative intern to support our efforts in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) through emerging technologies. In this role, you will work closely with our team and stakeholders to explore, test, and implement new technologies that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and overall experience.

What you'll Do
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and digital workplace tools that impact DEX
  • Help in creating proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate the value of new technologies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to capture insights on business challenges and find opportunities where AI can add value
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to the strategy for emerging technology adoption
  • Analyze and benchmark the Digital Employee Experience landscape
  • Build executive and stakeholder presentations
What you need to succeed
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and their business applications.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI as it pertains to digital employee experiences (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, agents)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying passionate about the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
  • Creative thinker with a bias for action
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
