The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards to internal associates and vendors by utilizing procedures, policies, and standards to assist end users with basic computer troubleshooting, mobile device support, as well as billing review, coordination, & payment processing.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Assist logging IT help desk tickets from end users, & provide 30/60/90-day follow-up support
  • Accommodate On-Boarding & Off-Boarding needs such as ordering, shipping, and tracking of Mobile Phones, Notebooks, & I-Pads
  • Assist with IT meeting coordination & setup for MS Teams & On-site
  • Review & submit IT billing invoices for payment, including file downloads, credit card charges, and applying GL code designation
  • Maintain key office supplies for IT Department
  • Aid in maintaining hardware and software inventory & software tracking
  • Provide lower-level IT support as needed by Tier 1 support team
  • Facilitate documenting processes and procedures in support library


Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or two (2) years related experience.
  • High energy self-motivated, well-organized, & detail oriented
  • Basic experience with Computers, Mobile Devices, & MS Office
  • General interest or desire for a career in IT
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior customer relation skills
  • Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player.
