Schedules, assigns and supervises the work of the clerical PMG staff. Acts as a resource person to other supervisors in the department

Qualifications

  • High School or GED. Minimum of three to five years experience in a relevant work environment. Supervisor experience is preferred


Responsibilities

  • Interviews and hires clerical Staff Support.
  • Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel, evaluates work performance and initiates/makes recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Adheres to JCAHO and ACR guidelines.
  • Monitors and orders supplies as needed and follows financial guidelines for maintaining optimal budgetary compliance.
  • Accountable for daily business processes and PBO communication. Responsible for data gathering for operational analysis of site. Oversees compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinates CQI initiatives.
  • Oversees daily activities of the clerical staff to optimize productivity and census manages when appropriate.
