Overview
This position is responsible for leading a sale team. Develops and manages a team of sales associates who engage in both remote sales and in-person partnerships. Oversees activities to generate new business opportunities. Oversees team performance, develops sales strategies to accomplish long- and short-term sales objectives and financial growth goals. Coaches associates to improve or enhance sales performance. Ensures productive collaboration between the team they manage and the bank partners with whom they work. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Coaching and sales management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Coaching and sales management Preferred Qualifications Managerial and/or call center experience Sales oriented individual with proven success in managing individual and group objectives North Carolina resident Preferred Area of Experience Five9License Skill(s): Application of a structured sales process, Providing financial guidance and expertise, Financial literacy, Financial analysis, Knowledge of retail banking products and services First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our associates where they are in life.
