In 2024, we celebrate 50 Years of Saving Lives. Over the years, we've grown and merged across the Midwest from small, independent, community nonprofits to evolve into ImpactLife. We are still an independent, community nonprofit, only we are not so small. Today, our team is 800+ strong across four states. We are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and have distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Every year we team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives. ImpactLife is looking for a full time Donor Services Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a DS Operations Coordinator with ImpactLife you will assist our Directors and Managers with operational needs related to scheduling, gathering of staff performance metrics, scheduling vehicle maintenance, and submit vehicle and lodging requests for trainees. A DS Operations Coordinator will also be competent in registration and bag labelling. This is a full-time position with typical hours being Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position will support our Northern area and site location could be Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Dubuque, or Ottumwa, Iowa depending on candidate selected. What you need to bring to the table: Minimum of one year experience in scheduling and coordinating processes preferred.Large team scheduling experience is a plus. High school competencies or equivalent required. Requires intermittent sitting, walking, standing, and lifting to 25 pounds as essential for execution of job duties. Must be able to use a computer terminal and have the ability to learn new/changing programs as needed to enter and review information essential to performance of job duties.
