Family & Children's Services is looking for a Case Manager to provide targeted support services to families with children attending Tulsa Public Schools. The Case Manager coordinates mental health and community services with the needs of children and families by preventing out-of-home placements, increasing time spent at school, and encircling families with support and resources. The Case Manager will work with children and parents in the community at Tulsa Public Schools' Parent Resource Center while incorporating the entire family in treatment options. With nine citywide locations and partnerships with the Tulsa Public Library, Tulsa County Jail, Salvation Army, Irongate, Tulsa Public Schools, Headstart and more, F&CS serves 1 in 6 Tulsans with a broad range of mental health programs and services. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery.
