$82K+ annual salary for licensed Therapists/Counselors with $10K first year bonus! Therapists/Counselors under supervision start at $72K+/year with an $8K first year bonus!
Family & Children's Services, Oklahoma's leading community mental health center, has an opportunity for an energetic and caring Therapist/Counselor to work with Child Abuse and Trauma Services (CATS). CATS Therapists provide trauma informed, evidenced-based practice interventions to children age 0-18 and their families who have experienced abuse, neglect, unplanned separation or other traumas. Program specializes in sexual abuse treatment for children and their families. Individual, family and group interventions are utilized. Excellent training opportunities to enhance skills. Family & Children's Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, Therapists work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery.
