The Role:

We are seeking a Director, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. Responsible for leading the Company wide forecasting process, analysis and presentation of results, providing and helping to implement actionable insight-rich updates to CEO and CFO this position will play an instrumental role in delivering on the financial goals and strategy of the Company and will be an key member of the finance organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead in-year forecast updates ensuring strong connectivity with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and cross-functional teams

  • Drive communication and collaboration across the finance and business organization to ensure common forecasting processes, greater insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risk and opportunities

  • Collaborates with business partners to monitor revenue & expense performance indicators to provide guidance and insight into the financial forecasts. Develops and assist in implementing proposals to mitigate risks and enhance opportunities

  • Lead the month end management reporting process and deliver impactful framing and analysis of financial and business results. Proactively anticipate questions and develop analyses to answer them in advance.

  • Provide financial leadership, impactful financial analysis and business insights to the CEO, CFO, business divisions and functions to drive monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and cash flow results

  • Partner with broader Corporate FP&A team, Investor Relations and Controllership for earnings preparation , SEC reporting and other support as needed

  • Assist in the definition and implementation of "best in class" company wide standards for management reporting, and planning and forecasting processes

  • Advance analytical maturity across the finance team and leverage technology to improve FP&A and finance processes

  • Demonstrates willingness to complete additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the overall organization

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)

  • 10+ years experience with track record of increasing responsibilities in Corporate FP&A, Business Unit FP&A or other financial analysis roles

  • Preferably experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries

  • Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners

  • Highly collaborative individual capable of working effectively with global colleagues with diverse experiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A self-starting individual who has the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic global environment
