Experience: Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a complex leadership role required. Licenses / Certifications / Registration: Registered Pharmacist with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy (or eligible) required; must be licensed within the state of Oregon within two months of hire. BCPS preferred. PGY1 Residency preferred. PGY2 Residency or Fellowship preferred. Special knowledge, skills, & abilities: Must have knowledge and experience in pharmacy equivalent to a fully trained and competent pharmacist. Must have supervisor skills and communication skills.
