Organizational Overview Each year in the United States, billions of pounds of food go to waste. At the same time, over 35 million Americans experience food insecurity. The Farmlink Project is a non-profit organization that connects farms with surplus to food banks to feed people in need, reduce carbon emissions & empower the next generation of changemakers in the food system. The Farmlink Project is a virtual organization with ~20 employees. This is a fully remote position; we are accepting applicants in all U.S. time zones.
Job Summary The Farmlink Project is looking for a strategic, creative, and innovative Director of Marketing to help grow our brand, storytelling, and marketing analytics. This critical leadership role involves overseeing The Farmlink Project’s marketing team, including everything from brand to product and performance marketing. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for not only increasing The Farmlink Project’s brand awareness, but also increasing digital fundraising efforts. The role will require that you are an expert communicator and collaborator alongside thinking outside of the box to grow The Farmlink Project’s brand. This role will report to the CEO, collaborating closely with the Head of Partnerships and Director of Development and manage 2-3 marketing and creative team members.
This is a fully remote position; we are accepting applicants in all U.S. time zones.
Compensation The starting salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 with a competitive benefits package. Exact compensation details will be commensurate with experience.
