What you'll be doing...As a Consultant - EEO/Affirmative Action, you will be responsible for data retrieval, analysis, validation, and preparing reports in connection with Verizon's Affirmative Action Program (AAP), as well as managing U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance evaluations. You will also be responsible for city and state affirmative action (AA) and equal employment opportunity (EEO) related certifications, evaluating EEO/AA contract clauses in bids and contracts, and assisting with related matters, as necessary.
