Job Description: Job Description: *** is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Coordinator
Must Haves: At least 1 year of HVAC product knowledge 1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, and inventory management systems.) 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience Responsibilities: * Operate cash drawer and follows established cash handling procedures * Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) * Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up * Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised * Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas * Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills * Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations Qualifications: * 1-2 years of sales experience * HVAC knowledge of products * Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise * General math skills to allow for cash accounting * An ability to learn is a must have! * Excellent decision making and communication skills Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm 1-hour unpaid lunch possible 4 hours on Saturdays depending on business needs. | |
