Responsibilities: Working closely with the machine operator to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product Assemble boxes and packing product Palletizing product Monitoring quality of product on a regular basis Making sure labeling is correct Troubleshoot issues and/or malfunctions on machine, and make adjustments as necessary Keeping work area clean and organized Other duties as assigned: Installing rolls of paper into the machine to setup the length and width of material Monitoring sheet sizes being placed into machine Observe machine to detect malfunctions such as jamming, wrinkling or tearing of material Oiling and greasing of machine per lubrication schedules Cleaning machine and checking for worn or broken parts Completing production paperwork General Information: Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, with Friday as overtime as needed Length: Temp to Hire Pay: $20.45 Location: Neenah Job ID: 202142 #Appleton1 Requirements: Prior experience is not required, but must be mechanically inclined Interested candidate must be self-motivated along with following instructions effectively Must have strong tape measure skills and be able to apply them Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions Must be able to use a standard tape measure Must be able to bend, twist, and rotate, stand on concrete for the duration of the shift, lift or move up to 50lbs frequently, up to 100lbs occasionally If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
