Short Intro and About the Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated BI Associate Manager to join our Business Intelligence team within the North America (NORAM) Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role will manage our existing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution (Tagetik) and reporting tools through the business cycles of close and forecast. You will play a key role in implementing new technologies in collaboration with local IT. As a Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will accelerate our reporting capabilities by understanding the data environment and working with stakeholders to co-develop dashboards and reporting solutions.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

    Oversee the processes for forecasting and actual closing activities using the EPM tool (Tagetik), coordinating efforts across finance, accounting, and IT teams.
  • Partner with Danone Finance & IT teams on projects related to Tagetik changes and improvements, including gathering requirements and conducting testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Danone partners on related workstreams and processes, such as Smart Planning, APO, and Sourcing.
  • Translate business needs into IT requirements to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solutions
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and promote self-service capabilities across finance teams as a Power BI SME.
  • Administer and manage the local Power BI DataMart, including user access, workspace management, and security, while coordinating with Central IT for quality control and support development.
  • Co-own the Digital roadmap as part of the NORAM BI team, including stepping up the usage of digital tools across the Finance Business Unit and bringing next-generation technology to life.


About You

  • 5 to 8 years comparable experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience with EPM tools. Preferably Tagetik, SAP
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development and data management
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing and implementing digital tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The base compensation range for this position is $85k-115k commensurate with experience.
