Experienced Diesel Technicians Needed for Luxury Coach and Bus Maintenance

Are you an experienced Diesel Technician with advanced skills in electrical, HVAC, and engine diagnostics? Join our team and take your career to the next level working on luxury coaches and buses! We are seeking professionals with OEM training and a proven track record in handling complex repairs and diagnostics-not just routine maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems, ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. If you have the expertise and passion to maintain luxury diesel vehicles at an exceptional level, we want to hear from you!


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical, HVAC, and engine systems.
  • OEM (Volvo, Freightliner, CAT, Van Hool, etc.) training strongly preferred.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in using electronic diagnostic tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Perform advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, including electrical, HVAC, suspension, pneumatic, brake systems, and diesel engine repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methods.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Perform and document routine maintenance with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including phone consultations for troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
  • Stay current with industry technology and practices through training and professional development.


Required Education & Experience:


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in truck, heavy equipment, or luxury bus maintenance.
  • Proven expertise in electrical systems, A/C repair, and diesel engine diagnostics.
  • Formal OEM training is highly desirable.
  • Must provide your own set of tools for maintenance and repairs.
